JURY COMMENTS
Very interesting interpretation, narration and spatial development.
-Sunanda Satwah
The interpretation of music is interesting and convinced. 3D volume analysis works pretty well. All the graphics are very impressive and the design itself related to the analysis strongly.

JURY COMMENTS
Interesting 8-part interpretation. The three dimentional configuration could have benefitted from a hierarchy in scale and spatial crescendo in the form of heights.
-Sunanda Satwah
It's pretty excited to see diverse intervention in installation scale, which creates a strong and impressive contrast to the regular architectural room. The geometry used to define the shape and volume works very well both in plan and section.

JURY COMMENTS
Simple, yet beautifully elegant and sensitive.
I really enjoyed the description and spatial interpretation of chosen composition.
-Sunanda Satwah
It's interesting to use 24 boulders to represent 24 hours in the day. The form of two structures look a little bit weird and too much for me, but make sense from sectional perspective.

JURY COMMENTS
Good imagery and interesting application of verticality
-Sunanda Satwah
The space itself works very well but it's a little bit hard to see the consistency during the overall design and also difficult to find the strong relationship between the music interpretation and project.

JURY COMMENTS
Interesting composition and juxtaposition of forms.
-Sunanda Satwah
The diagrams are very clear and it’s easy to find the different feelings of LONELY, DEPRESSED, STRGGLE, SILENT from the design.-Xudong Zhu

JURY COMMENTS
Space exploration and play of planes and volumes is fascinating.
-Sunanda Satwah
The section is beautiful, and the graphic is elegant. It would be helpful if the project can explain more about how different geometries are organized in the volume in terms of the interpretation of music.

JURY COMMENTS
An interesting exploration of space entangled with an intangible emotion to create an experiential realm.
-Sunanda Satwah
The design creates a very effective terror of the forest by 80 columns in different shapes. There are some spiritual movement. It would be helpful to think about the design logic of the pillars and how it spread in different locations in the circular area.

Music Visualization is beautifully interpreted. The form development could have been explored in a more synchronized manner.
-Sunanda Satwah
The Interpretation is interesting, especially the EMOTHINAL PAINTING, which create some great prototype. However, “a cultural center designed for introverts” is not that convinced to me in terms of spatial quality and some architectural moment.

A different interpretation. Thrilling and abstract.
-Sunanda Satwah
A very bold idea and great space quality. But the music interpretation is a little bit too subjective and hard to be totally convinced for me.

Spatial interpretation is interesting, but the 3 slides seem like 3 different ideas. The tinkling quality of sound reflected spatially through water and light beams piercing the darkness, interplay of contrasts and light and shadow is fascinating.
-Sunanda Satwah
The outcome of two different spirits of space works pretty well, which create a balance between hope and despair. However, the space itself seems too random and it would be helpful to have some logic and analysis in advance.

Interesting, though too linear. Aural texture of the composition missing from the spatial interpretation
-Sunanda Satwah
The model and sketch are super interesting. However, the design itself needs to be developed and considered deeply.
